Col. (Ret.) Bob Carpenter, P.E., founded BCPeabody in 2006 after 25 years of active service, retiring as Colonel and Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District. Stanford-trained civil engineer and West Point graduate. He leads the firm today as CEO, President, and Owner, and personally directs the expert witness practice.
